Two suspects arrested for fatal stabbing and robbery in Turkey

Police in Kayseri, Turkey, have arrested two 18-year-old suspects in connection with a fatal stabbing and robbery that occurred early Monday morning. The incident took place in the Sahabiye neighborhood of Kocasinan district. According to reports, the two suspects, identified as E.T. and B.K., allegedly attacked two individuals, S.M. and N.M., who were walking on the street. The assailants used pepper spray and knives, robbing them of a mobile phone before fleeing the scene. Police and medical teams were dispatched after bystanders reported the assault. The injured individuals received initial medical treatment at the scene before being transported to the hospital by ambulance. Tragically, S.M., who sustained severe injuries during the altercation, could not be saved by doctors and succumbed to his wounds. Following the incident, law enforcement launched an investigation to apprehend the suspects. The Homicide Bureau of the Provincial Police Department's Public Order Branch identified E.T. and B.K. and conducted operations at their residences. Both suspects were apprehended and, after completing procedures at the police station, were brought before the court. They have since been formally arrested and taken into custody pending further legal proceedings.
