UBSI Sponsors DKI Jakarta U16/U18 Volleyball, Offers Scholarships for Top Athletes

Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) is demonstrating its commitment to fostering young talent by sponsoring the DKI Jakarta U16 and U18 Volleyball Championship. The event, held at the PPOP DKI Jakarta sports training center, offers a platform for young athletes under the DKI Jakarta Volleyball Association to hone their skills and sportsmanship.

UBSI's sponsorship includes educational scholarships for athletes who secure first and second place. This program aims to enable these talented individuals to pursue higher education at UBSI while continuing to develop their potential in both academics and sports. The university views this collaboration as a significant educational opportunity and a space for creativity and innovation.

Ade Kurniawan, a UBSI Marketing Staff member, highlighted the university's ongoing dedication to supporting youth development through education and sports. He noted that this is UBSI's first collaboration with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Volleyball Association, with plans for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to continue supporting such events in the future. UBSI also recently partnered with FORBASI Tegal City for a Marching Band competition.

UBSI's involvement aligns with its mission to produce graduates who are not only academically proficient but also adaptable and ready to contribute to society, embodying their slogan 'Kuliah BSI Aja, Kuliah Cepat Kerja' (Study at BSI, Study to Work Quickly). The university seeks to facilitate young people to dare to create, compete healthily, and expand their networks.
