UBSI student interns at Indonesia’s Transport Ministry to prepare for the workplace

Aidil Koto, a seventh-semester Information Systems student at Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika’s Pemuda campus, is gaining practical experience inside Indonesia’s Ministry of Transportation.

Aidil is assigned to the ministry’s Planning Bureau, where he can apply classroom knowledge in a government workplace. The opportunity is supported by the BSI Career Center, which connects students with employment and internship opportunities at companies and public institutions.

For me, interning at the Ministry of Transportation has been a very valuable experience. I can learn directly about the working environment, gain new experience, and develop my abilities and responsibility in completing tasks.

During the internship, Aidil is developing technical skills while also practicing discipline, precision and communication. He is expected to adapt to the pace of a government institution and work cooperatively in an environment built around responsibility.
