Ukraine Strikes Russian E-Commerce Hub; Kyiv Attacked; Netanyahu Rejects Gaza Plan

Ukraine launched drone attacks on Russia's Tula region overnight, targeting a major Wildberries e-commerce sorting center and causing significant fires. Governor Dmitry Milyayev reported that 107 drones were shot down over the region. The Wildberries facility, located near the villages of Kostrovo and Petrusino, was evacuated before the attack.

Wildberries stated that affected shipments would be rerouted to other facilities. Milyayev also reported damage to residential buildings and industrial sites in various districts. Simultaneously, Russia conducted an air attack on Kyiv and the surrounding region. The assault on the Ukrainian capital resulted in one fatality and 22 injuries, with fires breaking out across four districts. A minor ammonia leak occurred at an industrial plant in one district.

In other developments, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejected a U.S.-proposed plan for the disarmament of Hamas in the Gaza Strip to proceed concurrently with Israeli troop withdrawal. "This is not our plan. We have provided our comments. This is our position. We are firmly defending our interests," Netanyahu stated in a Facebook video. He insists Hamas must fully disarm before Israel withdraws its forces from the occupied enclave. The U.S. plan, announced by then-President Donald Trump, envisioned a simultaneous start to Hamas disarmament, a halt to Israeli attacks, and a phased withdrawal of Israeli troops.
