Ukraine Strikes Russian Fuel Facilities and 'Shadow Fleet' Tankers

Ukraine has reported successful strikes against Russian assets, targeting both fuel infrastructure and vessels involved in what Kyiv describes as Russia's "shadow fleet." President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced on Sunday via the platform X that Ukrainian forces had hit four fuel infrastructure sites in Russia's Stavropol region.

In addition to the land-based targets, Ukraine also claimed to have struck three Russian tankers operating within the Black Sea. These vessels are identified as part of Russia's "shadow fleet," a term often used to describe ships involved in circumventing international sanctions, particularly concerning oil exports.
