UMJ Strengthens Protocol Professionalism with LLDIKTI III

Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta (UMJ) recently strengthened the professionalism of protocol services for higher education institutions by hosting a training event focused on "Professionalism in Protocol: Pillars of Excellent Service in Higher Education." The two-day event, held at UMJ's Syafri Guricci Hall, was part of the coordination meeting for Public Relations and Protocol within LLDIKTI Wilayah III (Region III of the Higher Education Service Institute).

Tri Munanto, Head of the General Affairs Division at LLDIKTI Wilayah III, emphasized the critical role of protocol in supporting professional university governance. He noted that universities should adhere to established protocol regulations while also considering their unique institutional characteristics and culture. Munanto highlighted that the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology has placed significant importance on protocol in recent years, providing guidelines that private universities can adapt.

The training session included presentations on the pillars of excellent service in higher education, delivered by officials from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The event also featured a session on the Indonesia Post Graduate and Research Expo, informing participants about opportunities in academic development and research.
