Unidentified body found in landing gear compartment of Tokyo-Kuala Lumpur flight

An alarming discovery was made at Kuala Lumpur International Airport on Thursday when a flight from Tokyo carried an unexpected and grim passenger: an unidentified body in its landing gear compartment. The unsettling find occurred shortly after the aircraft touched down.

A ground maintenance worker, tasked with a routine inspection of the plane at approximately 6:55 AM, was met with a foul odor emanating from the landing gear bay. Upon opening the compartment, the worker was confronted with a deceased individual, prompting an immediate report to the police.

Forensic investigators arrived at the scene to examine the body. The deceased was reportedly wearing jeans and a white shirt and carried no identification. Preliminary estimates suggest the person was in their 20s and had been dead for more than 72 hours. The airline operating the flight has not yet been publicly identified.
