Unique Yoga Session Held on Palanga Bridge

Palanga, Lithuania, offered a unique wellness experience as its Public Health Bureau hosted a morning yoga practice on the iconic Palanga Bridge. The event, scheduled for 9 a.m. on the last Sunday of July, aimed to blend the soothing practice of yoga with the stunning natural setting where the sea and wind meet.

Despite significant online interest, the actual turnout for the session was modest. Participants gathered in the distinctive resort location for a practice led by Rasa Teišerskienė, a seasoned Himalayan yoga teacher and lecturer with 25 years of experience on the yoga path. Her approach emphasizes continuous self-development, learning, discovery, and sharing.

The session guided attendees through breathing exercises and dynamic body movements. The invitation promised a practice designed to harmonize the physical and emotional body, restore inner balance, and foster a sense of vitality and lightness. Adding to the unique atmosphere, sound healer Linas Švirinas performed live, filling the space with the resonant sounds of singing bowls.
