UNTOLD festival prepares for 11th edition with enhanced security and largest stage yet

UNTOLD, recognized as the world's third-largest festival for three consecutive years, is gearing up for its eleventh edition, scheduled to take place from August 6 to 9.

Organizers and authorities are collaborating to ensure the safety of attendees throughout the four-day event. A significant security presence will be deployed, including thousands of employees from the Ministry of Administration and Interior, the General Directorate of Operational Management, the Romanian Gendarmerie, the Romanian Police, the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, the National Anti-Drug Agency, and the Organized Crime Combat Brigade. Local police will also be present, alongside a considerable number of private security agents, to maintain order within the festival grounds.

The festival's main stage for 2026 promises to be a spectacular construction. Measuring 127 meters wide and standing 38 meters tall, it is the largest stage ever built for UNTOLD. The structure will feature 1,250 square meters of LED screens, utilizing approximately 15 million pixels to create a dynamic visual experience. Over 1,070 intelligent lights will enhance the shows, transforming each performance into a vibrant spectacle of light, color, and energy.

This year, UNTOLD is also launching '1 Billion for Good,' a global movement aiming to unite a billion people in creating positive impact. The initiative seeks to foster peace, connection, courage, and love, emphasizing that shared direction is possible even without shared beliefs. Through music and community, the movement intends to make goodness visible, inspirational, and contagious, encouraging every contribution, whether a message, a simple gesture, or an action supporting a community or the environment.
