Uruguay's Inefop seeks specialist for $117,000 salary role; applications close soon

The National Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (Inefop) in Uruguay is seeking a specialist to join its Territorial Development Management team. The position, which offers a competitive monthly salary of $117,101 Uruguayan pesos, requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

This role focuses on implementing the institution's strategy within the San José and Flores region. Key responsibilities include providing educational and labor guidance to the target population, managing training programs, and overseeing projects. The specialist will also be tasked with delivering educational-labor guidance workshops, adapting methodologies to suit diverse audiences and in coordination with allied institutions.

Applicants must possess a tertiary education qualification of at least four years. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the execution of training solutions to meet the technical and transversal skills development needs of individuals in the territory. This involves coordinating with training entities and management teams on scheduling, outreach, and group formation, adhering to quality standards and institutional procedures.

Furthermore, the specialist will monitor the implementation of training solutions and projects, supervising progress and proposing improvements. They will also promote the management's services within the territory, maintaining communication with local stakeholders and media.
