Veteran Turkish actor Faruk Peker, known for his role as Cemil in the film "İffet," is reportedly facing a difficult time in his rural retreat. Peker, who moved away from city life to a mountain village in Muğla's Köyceğiz district, claims to be suffering harassment from his neighbors.

The dispute escalated when the neighbor, accompanied by two young men and another woman, placed a table near Peker's property line for shade. Peker stated the table extended into his space, about 3.5 meters from his bedroom. He also complained about the guests drinking alcohol and shouting while watching a football match, preventing him from sleeping. When Peker asked them to be quiet, he claims they responded aggressively, telling him, "We'll annoy you." They also asserted their ownership of the property, telling him, "We are the homeowners, you are the tenant."
