Nigerian content creators Hamzat Habeeb Adelaja, known as Peller, and Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, professionally recognized as Jarvis, celebrated their traditional wedding in a vibrant ceremony in Lekki, Lagos State. The couple completed their traditional marriage rites in the presence of family, friends, and several celebrities, concluding weeks of anticipation surrounding their nuptials.

Following the ceremony, they shared photos on Instagram, showcasing their traditional Benin attire and expressing their joy at starting their married life together. "Today, we become one. Two tribes, one love. Two families, one forever. A new chapter begins, and forever starts now," the couple wrote in a joint post. Earlier in the week, they had posted their final pre-wedding photos, humorously stating they had stopped counting down because "forever" was beginning.

Peller had previously proposed to Jarvis during a memorable beachside ceremony in Ghana, an event that quickly gained viral attention on social media. This was followed by a traditional introduction ceremony in Benin City, where Peller paid Jarvis's bride price, marking what they described as the commencement of their journey together. The couple had already formalized their union in a civil court wedding on July 29, attended by relatives, friends, and media personality Daddy Freeze.

During the court ceremony, Peller lightened the mood with a humorous reaction to the registrar's explanation that bigamy is a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment. He also shared that he had undergone private traditional pre-marriage counseling in Ikorodu, aiming to enhance his ability to care for Jarvis and fulfill his role as a responsible husband.
