Vietnamese Security Forces Extend Humanitarian Aid in Tay Ninh Province

In a heartwarming display of community spirit and national solidarity, the Tan Son Nhat International Airport Border Guard Police, in coordination with various governmental and medical organizations, have launched a significant humanitarian program in Tan Lan commune, Tay Ninh province. This initiative, timed to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the People's Security Force, underscores the deep-rooted Vietnamese values of 'tuong than tuong ai' (mutual affection and support) and the commitment of security forces to the well-being of their citizens.

The program's multifaceted approach addresses critical needs within the community. Over 300 residents, including families of martyrs, the poor, and those facing hardship, received free medical examinations and consultations from doctors affiliated with the Military Hospital 7A and Cho Ray Hospital's Hepatobiliary Department. Essential supplies were also distributed, offering tangible support to help families improve their living conditions and find renewed motivation.

A particularly touching aspect of the initiative was the provision of 80 million VND to assist in the construction of a 'house of gratitude' for Mr. Le Trung Hieu, a member of the local security force whose family has been living in difficult circumstances. This act of support, providing a stable home for a dedicated individual who works to maintain local peace, resonated deeply with attendees and highlighted the government's care for its frontline workers. The event also included a political education session at the Nha Dai Traditional Memorial, reinforcing the historical significance and revolutionary traditions of the security forces, fostering patriotism and political consciousness among the officers.
