Vilnius Real Estate Project Nears Completion with Final Building Sales Launch

The "Naujasis Skansenas" (New Skansen) residential project in Šnipiškės, Vilnius, is nearing completion with the launch of sales for the final building. This project has been the company's best-selling residential development this year, earning accolades from the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association. Data from "Citify" also placed it among Vilnius's top ten best-selling mid-to-prestigious housing projects, with 81 apartments sold since the start of the year.

The final building, named "Pašvaistė," will be located at Linkmenų Street 13. This marks the completion of the "Naujasis Skansenas" phase, comprising seven residential buildings scheduled for finishing in autumn 2027. Kęstutis Vanagas, head of "YIT Lietuva," noted that sales for the last building commence when most of the quarter is already developed, with its appeal evidenced by actual sales and returning buyers.

The "Pašvaistė" building will feature 31 apartments and 5 commercial spaces. The six-story building offers 2-4 room apartments ranging from 40-94 square meters with partial finishing. Commercial spaces on the lower floors will be between 51-123 square meters. The building will meet A+ energy efficiency standards, with underfloor heating, recuperation ventilation, and large windows. The internal courtyards are designed without cars, featuring separate relaxation areas, a children's playground, and extensive landscaping.
