Violeta, the youngest daughter of actress Aylín Mujica, has shared a heartfelt farewell message for her older brother, Mauro Menéndez, who passed away recently. Violeta confessed she is still in shock over his death but chooses to believe there is a divine reason for his brief time with them. "I still don't understand why your time here was so short, maybe I never will. But I choose to trust that the Creator had a reason," she wrote on social media. Mauro, who was 30 years old, died during a trip to Barbados following several health complications, though the family has not officially disclosed the exact cause. Violeta remembered her brother as someone who lived life on his own terms, embodying freedom and authenticity. "You forged your own path, a unique one… and you had the courage and bravery to live it exactly as you wanted. If I had to describe you in one word, it would be freedom," she stated. She also reflected on the importance Mauro had in her life, despite their age difference and the distance, as he resided in California. "You were very important in my life. I wish we had more time together, but that will never change how deeply I love you." Violeta concluded by promising to honor Mauro's memory by fulfilling his dream of buying their mother a house by the sea. "You always talked about everything you wanted to do for mommy. The house by the sea and all the gifts we wanted to give her. I promise I will carry those dreams with me. It will be my duty to honor you by fulfilling as many as I can," she vowed.
