Vodafone Fiji CEO Appointed to Fijian Holdings Limited Board

Fijian Holdings Limited (FHL) has announced the appointment of Elenoa Biukoto, the Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Fiji, to its Board of Directors. Biukoto's nomination was put forward by the Ministry of iTaukei Affairs, a significant shareholder in FHL.

Her appointment fills the vacancy left by former director Jone Navakamoce, whose board position expired upon the conclusion of his tenure as Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of iTaukei Affairs. Biukoto is recognized as a seasoned corporate leader, bringing over two decades of executive leadership, financial management, and corporate governance experience from the telecommunications and professional services sectors.

FHL Chairman, Rokoseru Nabalarua, expressed his pleasure in welcoming Biukoto to the board. He stated that her extensive leadership background and strong financial expertise will be a valuable asset, enhancing the board's capabilities and supporting the company's long-term growth strategy. Nabalarua emphasized that Biukoto's addition will further strengthen the board as FHL continues its focus on achieving sustainable growth and delivering value to its shareholders.
