Vučić to Discuss KFOR Actions with Army Chief, Urges Patience

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić announced he would confer with Serbian Army Chief of Staff Milan Mojsilović regarding the actions of the NATO-led Kosovo Force (KFOR). Vučić expressed no surprise at KFOR's moves, asserting that NATO's past aggression was intended to detach Kosovo from Serbia.

"They must finish their game, and they will continue to do so, and we must be patient, smart, and not rush headlong into things," Vučić told Radio-Television Serbia. He emphasized the need for a measured approach in navigating the complex situation.

Responding to comments about his suggestion that Serbia could divert the flow of the Ibar River, Vučić questioned its connection to Albania. He characterized the discussion around this issue as an attempt to obscure alleged crimes against Serbs, including arrests, beatings, harassment, and terror orchestrated with international actors. He accused these actions of undermining Serbian institutions and strengthening entities operating outside international law.

Vučić’s remarks highlight the ongoing tensions and political maneuvering surrounding Kosovo's status.
