WAFCON: Super Falcons in must-win tie against Egypt

Nigeria's Super Falcons are under immense pressure to defeat Egypt in their final Group C match of the Women Africa Cup of Nations, with their sights set firmly on a quarter-final berth and a FIFA World Cup ticket.

The team is determined to put behind them their shocking opening defeat to debutants Malawi. They demonstrated resilience by narrowly beating Zambia 1-0 in their second game, a victory that has put their campaign back on track. Despite Egypt's heavy losses to Zambia and Malawi, the Super Falcons are not underestimating their opponents. Coach Justin Madugu faces a significant challenge in replacing defender Tosin Demehin and midfielder Jennifer Echegini, both suspended due to disciplinary issues.
