Haysiyet centers on the clash between two families whose lifestyles and values could hardly be more different. As tensions between them grow, a love story takes root despite every obstacle.

The first episode brings the working-class Karlıova family, who earn their living in transport, into contact with the powerful and wealthy Tarman family. Mehmet, the youngest Karlıova son, falls in love with Simay, the Tarmans’ only daughter. Their relationship pulls both families into a bitter struggle over pride, social class, and honor.

Mehmet and Simay begin growing close without knowing each other’s identities. Their connection soon develops into a powerful love that threatens to change not only their own lives, but also those of everyone around them. Haluk Tarman moves to keep his daughter away from Mehmet, while Mehmet finds himself caught between the life his father, Sadık Karlıova, expects him to lead and the life he wants for himself.

Family expectations, hidden truths, and unresolved conflicts from the past begin testing the couple’s bond from the outset. The series asks whether Mehmet and Simay will submit to the lives chosen for them or stand by each other despite the obstacles. The cast includes Kerem Alışık, Doğukan Güngör, Reha Özcan, Merih Öztürk, Nergis Öztürk, and Gökberk Yıldırım. The first episode will air on Kanal D on Tuesday evening, September 8.
