"Where to Kill Barron Trump": Iran Targets Youngest Trump Son

Iranian state and pro-government media have escalated threats against the Trump family, releasing a video that outlines hypothetical assassination scenarios for Barron Trump, the 20-year-old son of the US president. The roughly three-minute video, titled "Where to kill Barron Trump," asserts that the younger Trump's movements are "under full surveillance."

The video features images from the New York University campus, identified as Barron Trump's supposed residence. According to a Euronews translation, the creators claim to have identified Barron's accounts on gaming platforms like Xbox and FIFA, as well as on Discord, along with those of named classmates. These claims have not been independently verified.

Reports have also circulated alleging that the Iranian regime offered a $10 million bounty for Barron Trump, though this information remains unconfirmed. The video concludes with the ominous phrase: "This is just the beginning! Barron Trump, wait for us!"

This latest threat follows similar incidents targeting Melania Trump in July, when media linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) released a video titled "Where to kill Melania?" Additionally, a large poster appeared in Tehran depicting Donald Trump dead, with the English phrase "We Kill Trump." Iranian media had previously broadcast a video titled "Where to kill Trump?!" showing routes to the former president's residences.

The escalating rhetoric coincides with Washington's preparation to impose new, stringent economic measures against Tehran. US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent described the upcoming campaign as an economic "D-Day," signaling a significant financial offensive. Iran is already grappling with rampant inflation and severe economic pressure, with its currency, the rial, hitting historic lows.
