During a visit to the team's training session at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium, Bako stressed that this promotion goal can only be achieved through "hard work, discipline, unity and total commitment from everyone involved." His visit aimed to familiarize himself with the squad as they undergo assessments and selections for the upcoming 2026/27 Nigeria National League season.
