Wrocław's Quorum Tower to reach 137 meters, featuring Poland's first residential padel courts

Wrocław's skyline is set to gain a new landmark with the Quorum Tower, a 137-meter residential skyscraper developed by Cavatina Holding. Upon its projected completion in the first quarter of 2027, the 38-story building will stand as the second tallest in the city, surpassed only by the Sky Tower.

The Resi Capital Prestige project will offer 634 premium apartments, ranging in size from 25 to nearly 164 square meters. Residents will have access to extensive amenities, including a two-story lobby with 24-hour reception and concierge services. The first floor is dedicated to a spa and wellness area spanning over 800 square meters, featuring jacuzzis, salt baths, saunas, a massage room, yoga and pilates studio, a gym, and a cinema.

A rooftop garden with trees and shrubs, along with a riverside terrace, will provide outdoor recreational space. Notably, Quorum Tower will be the first residential development in Poland to include padel courts, located on the seventh floor. Lower-level apartments will feature loggias, while higher floors will boast ceiling heights of 3.30 meters. Integrated ventilation modules will ensure fresh air supply to every unit.

Quorum Tower forms the final phase of the Quorum complex, described as the largest mixed-use project in Lower Silesia. This expansive development covers 10 hectares and integrates residential, office, and retail functions, complemented by numerous terraces and green spaces. Construction of the complex began in 2021 on the grounds of the former Bolta battery factory, with four buildings already operational.
