Xiushui High School Excels at National Skills Competition, Wins 4 Gold Medals; President Awards Winners

Xiushui High School of Technology in Changhua County has achieved historic success at the 56th National Skills Competition, securing a total of 4 gold medals, 3 silver medals, and 1 bronze medal. The vocational school's students outperformed elite competitors from across Taiwan, also earning 3 fourth places, 2 fifth places, and 2 honorable mentions.

President Lai Ching-te personally awarded gold medalists in the collective creation category, Zhou Zixiang and Chen Hao, as well as Wu Zhenwei for architectural paving. This recognition highlights Xiushui High School's deep commitment to vocational education and its success in cultivating skilled technical talent for the nation.

The school's achievements span diverse fields, including CAD mechanical design and drafting, architectural paving, collective creation, appearance model creation, bricklaying, digital construction BIM, and furniture woodworking. The competition, held from July 29 to August 2, showcased student excellence in machinery, electrical engineering, and architecture, reinforcing vocational education's role as a cornerstone for nurturing industrial talent.
