Xpeng's After-Sales Network Expands to Central Java via Semarang

Xpeng Indonesia has expanded its reach in Central Java by inaugurating its first Xpeng Experience & Service Center in Semarang. This move, spearheaded by Erajaya Active Lifestyle, aims to enhance customer accessibility to sales, service, and spare parts for the Chinese electric vehicle brand.

The new facility, a collaboration with PT Automobil Jaya Abadi, operates on a 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) model. Located strategically on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, it occupies a 652-square-meter area with a 572-square-meter building. The center provides services ranging from sales consultations and test drives to vehicle maintenance, supported by three service bays and trained technicians.

Djohan Sutanto, CEO of Erajaya Active Lifestyle, stated that the Semarang center is a key part of Xpeng's national expansion strategy. He emphasized the goal of not only introducing Xpeng's technology but also offering integrated after-sales support for a comfortable and reliable ownership experience. Johanes Handoko, CEO of PT Automobil Jaya Abadi, added that the facility is expected to build customer trust and contribute to the burgeoning electric vehicle ecosystem in Semarang and its surrounding areas.
