Mexican television personality Yanet García has revealed she identifies as demisexual during her time on the reality show "La casa de los famosos México." The former "weather girl" explained that for her, intimacy requires more than just physical attraction; a strong emotional connection must first be established.

"I am demisexual, meaning I don't like to have anything with anyone unless there is an emotional condition first," García stated. She clarified that this connection doesn't necessarily require extensive time spent with a person, as the bond can be felt from the outset.

A demisexual individual is defined as someone who only experiences sexual attraction towards another person after developing a deep emotional bond. Unlike those who experience immediate attraction based on physical appearance, demisexuals require a significant emotional link before sexual desire can arise.

Between 2015 and 2018, she dated Douglas Martin, a professional esports player and content creator known online as “FaZe Censor.” During their three-year relationship, García even relocated to New York to be closer to Martin. Their relationship ended when Martin decided to focus on his esports career.

Later, from 2019 to 2021, García was in a relationship with American entrepreneur, author, and former football player Lewis Howes.
