Yeni Party women’s wing chief Asu Kaya: ‘Protection for women is not a luxury’

Yeni Party Women’s Wing Chair and Osmaniye lawmaker Asu Kaya said preventive healthcare cannot remain merely a promise on paper.

“Preventive healthcare services cannot remain on paper,” Kaya said. She argued that women’s health should not become a service available only to people with sufficient economic resources.

Kaya described protection for women as a basic right rather than a luxury, saying access to healthcare must not depend on financial strength.
