Zelenskyy: Russia's War Will Be Increasingly Felt Within Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy declared that Russia's war will increasingly impact Russia itself, vowing that every Russian strike will be met with a response. Speaking on Sunday, Zelenskyy detailed the widespread effects of recent attacks across Ukraine. In Odesa, repair work continued after a night strike disrupted electricity and water for over 300,000 households, with power restored to a third by Sunday morning. Similar strikes hit Kharkiv, Pavlohrad, Kherson, and the Sumy and Zhytomyr regions. Zelenskyy emphasized the need for people everywhere to receive real assistance. He also reported on ongoing operations targeting Russia's oil industry, noting their significant impact on the aggressor. Additionally, Ukrainian forces struck Russian air defense systems, radar stations, and infrastructure in the Azov and Black Sea regions. Zelenskyy reiterated that the sole reason the conflict persists is Russia's unwillingness to end the war.
