Zelenskyy reported on his social media platform X that "Flamingo" missiles were utilized in the strike on the Progress Center, noting its distance of approximately 900 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. He also stated that Ukrainian long-range operations have reached the Savasleyka airfield, a base for Russian missile carriers that target Ukrainian cities and villages. Additionally, damage to an oil facility in Ust-Luga, over 800 kilometers from Ukraine's border, was confirmed.
