‘2027 already concluded’ - Gov Sani vows to give Tinubu 95 percent of Kaduna votes

Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has declared the 2027 presidential election outcome a foregone conclusion, predicting President Bola Tinubu will secure an overwhelming 95% of the votes in the state. Sani made these bold remarks during the flag-off ceremony for the 122-kilometer Kaduna–Birnin Gwari Road project.

Governor Sani lauded President Tinubu for what he described as "unprecedented investment" in Northern Nigeria. He emphasized Kaduna's pivotal role as the region's political and economic hub, stating that its development benefits all of Northern Nigeria. "Everyone is proud of Kaduna. Kaduna’s development is the development for all the states of Northern Nigeria, whether we like it or not," Sani asserted.

Expressing gratitude for Tinubu's recognition of Kaduna's strategic importance, Sani pledged continued political support for the president. "We'll continue to show our support. We will continue to support the president," he vowed. His confidence in Tinubu's electoral success was unwavering: "I have no doubt in my mind 2027 election has been concluded. I have no doubt in my mind, we are giving Mr President at least 95% of the total votes. There’s no doubt about that and I stand to be challenged."

Furthermore, Governor Sani reiterated his strong conviction that no Nigerian president has initiated as many development projects in Northern Nigeria as President Tinubu. He recalled a previous statement challenging anyone to provide evidence to the contrary. "When about two months ago, I came out boldly and I said, ‘No president in the history of Nigeria has done what President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has done for us here in Northern Nigeria,’ and I challenged everyone to come up with anything contrary to what I’ve said," he stated.
