2027: Uzodimma to inaugurate RHA Diaspora Youth Directorate coordinators in Toronto

Senator Hope Uzodimma, a key figure in Nigeria's political landscape and Director-General of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA), is set to lead the inauguration of the organization's Diaspora Youth Directorate coordinators in Toronto, Canada. The event, scheduled for August 10, 2026, at the Ontario Investment and Trade Centre, signifies a strategic move to galvanize global support for President Bola Tinubu's "Renewed Hope" agenda.

The RHA Diaspora Youth platform comes as a strategic vehicle for mobilising young Nigerians across the world to contribute to nation-building, youth leadership, civic engagement and economic transformation.

The RHA's Diaspora Arise platform and its Youth Directorate coordinators are positioned as crucial vehicles for engaging young Nigerians living abroad. Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi, Director of Youth for RHA, emphasized that this initiative underscores the growing international backing for President Tinubu's reelection campaign in 2027 and highlights the commitment of Nigerians in the diaspora to national development.

According to Dr. Abdullahi, the platform is designed to mobilize young Nigerians worldwide for nation-building, foster youth leadership, encourage civic engagement, and drive economic transformation. He stated that Nigerians in the diaspora are considered critical stakeholders in realizing President Tinubu's vision for a more prosperous and globally competitive nation. This mobilization effort aligns with the President's focus on harnessing the country's human capital for sustainable progress.

Upon their inauguration, the coordinators will be equipped with comprehensive mobilization toolkits, including personalized recruitment codes, QR-enabled registration links, and digital tools for performance monitoring. A key performance target is the recruitment of at least 50 verified members within their first 30 days in office.
