27 Civil Servants in Murung Raya Receive Presidential Award for Long Service

Twenty-seven civil servants in Murung Raya, Central Kalimantan, have been honored with the prestigious Satyalancana Karya Satya award, presented by the President of Indonesia. The ceremony, held in Puruk Cahu as part of the 81st Indonesian Independence Day celebrations, recognized the recipients for their long-term dedication and exemplary service.

Murung Raya Bupati Heriyus emphasized that the Satyalancana Karya Satya is more than a ceremonial symbol. He stated it is a national honor bestowed upon civil servants demonstrating high dedication, discipline, capability, loyalty, honesty, and outstanding achievements. The award aims to foster pride and ignite a renewed spirit of service to the nation.

The recipients were divided into three categories based on their years of service: 19 received the award for 10 years of service, six for 20 years, and two for 30 years. Head of the Murung Raya Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency, Patusiadi, explained that the award signifies the state's appreciation for the continuous, flawless service of these civil servants. The conferral is expected to motivate recipients to enhance their skills and performance, setting a positive example for others within the local government.
