40 Minutes of Struggle: 4 Hanoi Tourists Rescued from Drowning at Cua Tung Beach

In a dramatic display of bravery and community spirit, local heroes at Cua Tung beach in Quang Tri province successfully rescued four tourists from Hanoi who were caught in treacherous sea conditions. The incident, which occurred on May 1st, highlights both the dangers of powerful coastal currents and the swift, decisive action of those dedicated to ensuring public safety.

Eyewitness accounts describe how the group of tourists, including a child, were swimming near the shore when a sudden undertow pulled them approximately 30-40 meters out to sea.
