Ably launches 'Arrival Guarantee' service amid fierce fashion platform delivery race

Fashion platform Ably has officially launched its "Arrival Guarantee" service, intensifying the competition for fast delivery among online fashion retailers. The service promises that orders placed by midnight on weekdays will arrive the next day. Weekend and holiday orders placed before 10 p.m. will also be delivered the following day.

Unlike the previous "Depart Today" service, where sellers managed shipping themselves, "Arrival Guarantee" handles the entire logistics process. This includes storage, packaging, dispatch, and inventory and delivery quality management. Ably stated this allows small business sellers to focus on product planning and sales without the burden of logistics infrastructure.

To support the service, Ably has significantly expanded its logistics capabilities. It now operates a 3,000-pyeong (approximately 9,900 square meters) fulfillment center in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, and an additional 7,800-pyeong (approximately 25,700 square meters) logistics hub in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, through a partnership. The combined delivery infrastructure spans over 10,800 pyeong (approximately 35,700 square meters).

Ably plans to offer sellers real-time sales data and trend analysis for "Arrival Guarantee" products. This aims to strengthen a mutually beneficial structure by supporting seller growth through data-driven sales strategies, going beyond simple logistics. The move comes as delivery speed becomes a key consumer criterion in the e-commerce market, driving delivery competition across fashion platforms.
