Actress returns in a new series after a long absence from screens

Petra Cicvarić is returning to television in “Specijalisti Zagreb,” RTL’s new crime series, where she appears in an episodic role. The actress attended the series presentation in Zagreb and posed for photographers.

Audiences have seen Cicvarić in several television productions, including “Ruže vjetrova.” She has also built a theatre career and written dramatic texts. She currently works at Karlovac’s Zorin dom theatre.

Cicvarić and actor-director Peđa Gvozdić have two daughters. In 2024, the couple launched the Mala Drama acting school in Karlovac, which now has 70 students aged from five to 55.

The school offers drama games, acting improvisation and exercises in stage techniques. Students present their work in a public production at the end of the season. Gvozdić said the school responded to strong demand from parents and reflected the talent he and Cicvarić saw among children in Karlovac.

“Specijalisti Zagreb” follows four police officers with different personalities as they investigate complex cases while dealing with their personal stories and relationships.

I think there is a great need for it. We are parents of two girls ourselves, and other parents often ask about enrolling their children. We received many inquiries, so the need for this in Karlovac definitely exists.
