Air Peace flight diverted due to poor visibility

A flight operated by Air Peace from Lagos to Asaba was diverted due to hazardous weather conditions, specifically poor visibility. The incident led to significant disruptions within the airline's operational network, causing delays to subsequent flights.

Mr. Osifo-Whiskey Efe, a spokesperson for Air Peace, confirmed the diversion in a statement. He explained that the adverse weather conditions made it unsafe for the aircraft to proceed to its intended destination, necessitating the diversion.
