Antara Holds Content Creator Bootcamp to Foster Impactful Digital Creators

Perum Lembaga Kantor Berita Nasional (LKBN) Antara, through its Lembaga Pendidikan Antara (LPA), has organized a Content Creator Bootcamp aimed at cultivating a generation of young individuals capable of producing high-quality digital content with a positive societal impact. The event, taking place on July 30-31, 2026, at the Antara Heritage Center in Jakarta, underscores Antara's commitment to strengthening a responsible digital creator ecosystem.

This collaborative program involves the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, BNI, Perum Bulog, and PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Jasindo). It has brought together 20 participants aged between 17 and 20 years old. Benny Siga Butar Butar, the President Director of LKBN Antara, emphasized that the evolving digital media landscape demands creators who possess not only technical proficiency but also social consciousness, recognizing the influence their content has on the public.

The Content Creator Bootcamp organized by Antara with several partners is an effort to build a generation of young people who have more ability but also great social concern. So here they are trained to be able to provide impact to the wider community through the content creations they produce.

During the two-day bootcamp, participants receive training in content production techniques, covering aspects such as determining angles, selecting themes, developing creative concepts, and refining their delivery styles to match their individual personalities. Beyond technical mastery, the program also focuses on media literacy, instilling an understanding of the importance of delivering accurate, credible, and responsible information amidst the rapid flow of digital data.

Butar Butar reiterated that the bootcamp's primary objective is to nurture creators who can produce inspiring work that offers tangible benefits to society. He expressed hope that the skills acquired will empower participants to create content that is positive, engaging, and impactful, contributing to a better future for the nation. The program also highlights the significant economic opportunities within the content creator profession, encouraging participants to develop their careers in the digital creative industry.
