Ayanna Resort Residences completes main structure in Kuala Lumpur

CHIN Hin Group Property has completed the main structure of Ayanna Resort Residences in Jalan Mas, Bukit Jalil, marking the Kuala Lumpur development's transition into the final stage of construction.

The developer said the project remains on schedule for handover to buyers in the second quarter of 2027. Built on 1.9 hectares of freehold land, it comprises a 42-storey Block A with 333 units and a 44-storey Block B with 491 units, giving the project 824 homes and a gross development value of RM732.1 million.

The project recorded a 95% take-up rate before reaching structural completion. CHIN Hin Group Property also said the award-winning development had received GreenRE certification, recognising its energy-efficient design, environmental sustainability and green-building practices.

Executive Director Chang Tze Yoong described the structural milestone as an important achievement for the company. "We designed Ayanna Resort Residences with the warmth of Malaysian community life in mind, combining resort-inspired recreational facilities with sustainable design and nature-inspired landscaping," he said. He added that the company remained committed to creating a lively, sustainable home that families could take pride in for generations.

A 0.5-hectare recreational park will serve as the development's main attraction. CHIN Hin Group Property said it revives the community-field concept as a shared space for residents of different generations to meet and socialise. The facilities include interactive water features, tropical landscaping and wellness amenities. The project also promotes a "Semi-D in the Sky" concept designed to address common compromises of high-rise living.
