Police and military leaders in Indonesia's Banten province have pledged to enhance their joint efforts to ensure regional stability and security. The commitment was formalized during a recent meeting between officials from the Banten Regional Police (Polda Banten) and the 064/Maulana Yusuf Military Resort Command (Korem 064/MY) in Serang.

Kapolda Banten Irjen Pol. Hengki emphasized that the solidarity between the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and the National Police (Polri) is a crucial pillar for facing security challenges. He stressed the importance of maintaining harmonious relations from leadership down to personnel on the ground, such as Bhabinkamtibmas and Babinsa.

Hengki urged all personnel to remain united, collaborate effectively, and resist provocative issues that could disrupt unity. "There must never be any attempt to divide the TNI and Polri. As long as solidarity and synergy are maintained, the security situation in Banten will be more conducive, and we can continue to provide the best service to the people," he stated.

Beyond security, the collaboration extends to social initiatives, including strengthening food security, rehabilitating substandard housing, and developing clean water facilities to meet basic community needs.
