Belgrade Parking Service Appeals to Drivers to Clear Marathon Route or Face Towing

The Belgrade Parking Service has issued a clear and direct appeal to all citizens, businesses, and organizations: move your cars off the planned route for the upcoming marathon. This isn't a suggestion; it's a directive aimed at ensuring the smooth execution of a major city event. The deadline is strict – April 17th at 10:00 PM. After this point, any vehicle obstructing the course of the marathon, scheduled for April 18th and 19th, will be forcibly removed.

This measure, taken in collaboration with the traffic police, is essential for participant safety and the logistical success of the marathon. The Parking Service has stated that illegally parked vehicles will be towed to the nearest available parking space outside the designated route. For those who have the Parking Service's mobile application, notifications will be sent detailing the new location of their vehicle.
