BNI Showcases Property Options and Financing at Pre-Expo Event

BNI is hosting the BNI wondrX 2026 event as a prelude to the Danantara Housing Expo 2026, offering attendees a chance to explore property options and learn about mortgage financing. The event runs from August 21 to 23, 2026, at ICE BSD in Tangerang.

Corporate Secretary BNI, Okki Rushartomo, highlighted that wondrX 2026 provides an early opportunity for prospective buyers to prepare their financing needs, making the home search process more organized. "At wondrX 2026, people can explore housing options and get financing information and convenience first. This is part of the series leading up to the Danantara Housing Expo, so buyers can be more prepared when they find a property that suits their needs," Okki stated.

The property area at wondrX 2026 features various housing choices and the KPR BNI Griya mortgage product. Attendees can undergo a pre-assessment to gauge their financing capacity before selecting a property. BNI is offering attractive promotions, including KPR BNI Griya interest rates starting from 1%, with no provision or administration fees. Customers paying booking fees with a BNI Credit Card can also benefit from 0% installments for up to 12 months and a cashback of Rp 180,000, subject to terms and conditions.

Several developers are participating, including Ciputra, Sinarmas Land, PIK 2, Paramount Land, and Summarecon, among others. Following the pre-event activities at wondrX 2026, the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 will take place at NICE PIK 2 from August 27-30, 2026, connecting the public with property industry players and offering diverse housing and financing solutions.
