Bryan Adams announces new song, return to Kaunas next spring

Canadian rock icon Bryan Adams is keeping busy, releasing new music and planning a return to Lithuania. His latest single, "The Ballad of Terry Fox," dropped on August 27, honoring the courageous Canadian hero who embarked on a cross-country run to raise cancer research funds.

Adams, who has been a fixture on the global music scene for over four decades, is not showing signs of slowing down. "The Ballad of Terry Fox" is his second new release in less than two months, following "51st State," which celebrated Canadian identity and pride. This new track will also be featured in the upcoming documentary "Run Terry Run," directed by Seán Menard, set to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.

The musician shared his personal connection to Terry Fox's story, recalling Fox's 1980 run while Adams himself was touring Canada at age 20. Fans in Lithuania can look forward to seeing Adams live. He is scheduled to perform at Kaunas Žalgiris Arena on May 10, 2027.
