BUA Cement Rewards Top Distributors with Cash, Vehicles, and Trucks

BUA Cement Plc recently celebrated its most successful distributors at the 2025 Distributors' Awards ceremony held at the Eko Hotels and Suites Convention Centre in Lagos. This event highlighted the company's dedication to fostering strong relationships within its value chain and incentivizing the network that drives its market presence.

The awards ceremony saw 30 distributors recognized across various performance categories. The top two distributors were not only presented with substantial cash prizes but also received two Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) trucks each. Other leading distributors were also awarded CNG trucks and monetary rewards, underscoring the significant investment BUA Cement is making in its distribution partners. Furthermore, ten distributors were honored with brand new 2025 Toyota RAV4 vehicles, alongside cash prizes, showcasing the impressive scale of the company's incentive program.

Yusuf Binji, the Managing Director of BUA Cement Plc, emphasized the company's commitment to its distributors, stating, "BUA Cement values its distributors and has consistently provided incentives to motivate them to achieve even greater results." He assured them of continuous efforts to improve the supply chain, making their businesses safer and more profitable.

Chairman Abdul Rabiu described the awards as a testament to the loyalty and performance of the distributors, recognizing their crucial role not just in sales but in contributing to Nigeria's socio-economic development. With Nigeria's growing population and increasing demand for housing and infrastructure, BUA Cement is strategically expanding its production capacity, including new plants, to meet market needs. To further bolster its distribution network, the company announced a N30-per-bag bonus for all dealers on volumes purchased in 2025, allocating N4.5 billion for this initiative.
