Cement Mixer Truck Crashes into Shih Hsin University Auditorium; Driver Refuses Medical Aid

An unusual and alarming incident occurred on the campus of Shih Hsin University in Taipei's Wenshan District when a cement mixer truck veered off course and crashed into the university's auditorium.

The truck, driven by a man approximately 70 years old, reportedly lost control for reasons yet to be determined. It collided with the building, causing significant damage to the exterior wall and the front of the vehicle. Fortunately, the accident happened at a time when no students or staff were in the immediate vicinity, thus preventing any further casualties.
