Chicken Pilaf Served at Memorial Meal Hospitalizes 19 in Turkey

During the gathering, the hosting family served chicken pilaf to their guests. Shortly after the meal, a number of attendees began experiencing symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. These individuals subsequently sought medical attention.

Nineteen people affected by the suspected food poisoning made their way to Turgutlu State Hospital. They were admitted for treatment and are reported to be in stable condition. Health officials have collected samples from the food served at the event to determine the exact cause of the illness.
