China and Kyrgyzstan must always be each other's support, says Xi Jinping

Chinese President Xi Jinping articulated a vision for deepening ties with Kyrgyzstan, stressing the importance of mutual support and shared development ahead of his state visit.

China and Kyrgyzstan must always be each other's support for development, maintain the good momentum of high-level contacts and cooperation at all levels, and intensify efforts to align development strategies.

In an article published by the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Xi highlighted the need to "strengthen good-neighborliness and friendship," stating that "China and Kyrgyzstan must always be each other's support for development." He called for maintaining high-level contacts and cooperation, aligning development strategies, and exchanging governance experiences to ensure joint prosperity.

The Chinese leader also pledged continued assistance to Kyrgyzstan for its economic development and the improvement of its citizens' well-being. He emphasized nurturing traditional friendship through expanded cooperation in culture, tourism, media, think tanks, youth exchanges, archaeology, and healthcare.

We should increase traditional friendship, which is our common asset. We need to deepen cooperation in culture, tourism and art, media, think tanks and youth, archaeology and healthcare, and comprehensively strengthen cultural and humanitarian ties.

Xi encouraged more young students to study in each other's countries and supported increased inter-regional contacts. He stressed the importance of promoting stories of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation to strengthen the bonds between the two peoples.
