"I plan every color combination in advance so that this house doesn't look too cluttered with many colors, even though I like cheerful colors," she stated. The careful selection of soft, calming hues fosters a peaceful environment, making her home an ideal retreat after a busy day.

Flexibility is also key in Wany's design strategy, allowing for easy rearrangement of furniture and decor to adapt to changing needs and tastes. "Since I like to change the furniture and home decor from time to time, I choose not to have a lot of built-in furniture to reduce the space used by each piece," she noted. Her renovation and decorating process took approximately four months, with an estimated cost of RM200,000, a significant portion of which was allocated to furniture selection rather than kitchen cabinets or air conditioning systems.
