Cyber University Benchmarks at UI to Enhance Information Systems Curriculum

Cyber University is enhancing its Information Systems program curriculum by benchmarking against the Faculty of Computer Science at the University of Indonesia (Fasilkom UI). This initiative aims to align the university's academic development with current technological advancements and the demands of the job market.

The visit, which took place on Thursday (30/7/2026) in Depok, is part of Cyber University's strategy to become a 'Shaping Future Digital Leader.' The focus is on building a relevant learning ecosystem, particularly within the digital finance sector.

Fasilkom UI is an important reference in the development of computer science and information systems in Indonesia. The input we receive will strengthen our curriculum to produce adaptive graduates ready to meet the demands of digital transformation.

A delegation from Cyber University, led by Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Agus Trihandoyo and Head of the Information Systems Program Dwipo Setyantoro, met with Fasilkom UI's management. Agus Trihandoyo emphasized that academic dialogue between higher education institutions is crucial for continuous quality improvement.

"Fasilkom UI is an important reference in the development of computer science and information systems in Indonesia. The input we receive will strengthen our curriculum to produce adaptive graduates ready to meet the demands of digital transformation," Trihandoyo stated. The curriculum enhancement will integrate advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and data analytics into core courses oriented towards the digital finance industry.
