Dafne case: Danna Yanina's defense appeals indictment, claims innocence

The legal defense team representing Danna Yanina "N" has filed an appeal against her indictment for the femicide of adolescent Dafne Zapata Quintos. Lawyers Omar Pérez and Carlos David Robles are seeking a review of the ruling by a Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, asserting that their client is innocent.

Lawyer Carlos David Robles expressed confidence that the magistrates will overturn the ruling, stating, "The young woman is innocent, that's why we defend her with everything and, God willing, the magistrates will realize it." The defense team is committed to proving Danna Yanina's innocence throughout the legal process.
