Denmark Faces Prolonged Political Stalemate as Coalition Talks Stall

Denmark finds itself in a prolonged political stalemate, with coalition government formation efforts dragging on for over 30 days since the late March elections. While the Social Democrats emerged victorious, the fragmented political landscape, with 12 parties represented in parliament, has made consensus building an arduous task.
