Country music icon Dolly Parton has once again postponed her highly anticipated Las Vegas residency, citing health concerns. The 80-year-old singer shared the news via an Instagram video, explaining that while her treatments are proving effective and she is making daily progress, the necessary medications are causing side effects that prevent her from performing at her best.

The good news is I am responding to the medicines and treatments and I am getting better each day.

Parton elaborated on the challenges, humorously noting that she cannot be "dizzy carrying banjos, guitars and the like in high heels," referencing her signature style. She also mentioned the demanding nature of her elaborate stage costumes and persona. Despite these setbacks, Parton reassured her fans that her immune and digestive systems, which have been under strain, are treatable, according to her doctors.

This is not the first time the "Jolene" singer has had to cancel the Las Vegas shows. Parton, who is also working on a museum and hotel project in Nashville, expressed gratitude for her fans' continued support during this period.
